This little takeaway in a back lane of Mullum is a great find. Serving delicious take away Asian dishes, in a funky setting, with friendly staff that joke and have fun with the customers.

"World Famous Calamari" says the sign on the wall of this Brunswick Heads icon takeaway ... and I believe it because it is not the normal rubbery variety that most Fish and Chipperies sell.
Starfish is situated just across from the park and river in Bruns, so it is the perfect place to grab a quick take away and head on over to one of the picnic tables overlooking the river. Love it.

With a fantastic location overlooking the beautiful Burleigh Beach with views up to Surfers... this really does represent great value.

I am not sure how they do it... because they use "Merlo" coffee ... which i have had elsewhere and not rated highly... but Henry's Coffee are definitely is the best coffee in town.
It must be something to do with the barristers, or the milk frothers, or the machine they use... only thing that matters is that I Love It!

In a magical setting 15 minutes drive up into the hills behind Mullumbimby, this little cafe serves delicious food and great coffee.
We arrived at 10ish on a sunday morning... and ordered coffee and bacon and eggs with spinnich and parmasan. Sinking into the comfy lounges it was a pleasure to wait for the 10 mins or so for the food to be prepared while we took in the views and the sounds of lush nature that is the trademark of this beautiful part of the world.
