“ I've been to Chameleon several times now. What a refreshing change from the overworked, overpriced, overflavoured restaurants in downtown Byron. Fresh food, simple and tasty, a great atmosphere, lovely people working there. When we took along a 3yr old, she was treated so well, entertained with colouring in, and shared our bean dish ("Irish nachos"- nachos on potato slices) with gusto. “ I found this quaint simple decor-ed cafe to be warm, hospitable, some inexperience on the half of the waiter was over looked by the beautiful clean tasty vegetarian dish. It is refreshing to order vego and know that the chef understands that this means more than cooking an omelet or a poor salad.
